Order Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and request a refund.
If a refund is issued, there will be a transaction fee of $25.00.
Rescheduling Policy: Once sessions are scheduled, they are considered as set appointments. However, you may request to reschedule a session if you provide at least 8 hours advance notice. We understand that life happens; and in case of emergencies, we will gladly reschedule with no penalties.
Missed or Late Cancellation Policy: Any missed or canceled sessions with less than the required advance notice will be forfeited. (Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.)
