We require a person to be committed and fully invested in the coaching package. The purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates this commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion.

Gist Family Solutions, LLC knows that life happens so we will work with you to reschedule a session.

We offer a refund for the remaining sessions if unexpected circumstances prevent you from completing all your scheduled sessions after a $25.00 processing fee.

Missed or canceled sessions with less than 8 hours advance notice may be forfeited unless there is a verifiable, unavoidable emergency.
